1. Respectful interactions.
Always be respectful and courteous. Disagreements are natural but should be handled in a civil and constructive manner. No personal attacks, hate speech, or trolling. This will not be tolerated and violators will be removed from the group. It is essential to keep in mind the feelings and opinions of others, even if they differ from your own. Like my teacher told me, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.”

2. Content ownership and privacy.
All information and content shared within this group including materials from books, digital products, “In the Mix,” “Eagles Academy,” speeches, Connor’s Corner, or any content owned by Eddie Connor Enterprises is the private property of Eddie Connor Enterprises, who is the group owner. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing, repurposing, or redistributing this content in any form, including social media posts, YouTube channels, or private groups, without explicit permission from Eddie Connor Enterprises.

Unauthorized use of this content will result in immediate removal of the posts and suspension from the Facebook group. In addition, the member will be removed from the Eagles Academy, the YouTube channel, and any other platforms or services directly connected to Eddie Connor Enterprises. Any associated subscriptions that can be canceled will also be terminated. If you wish to use or reference any material from this group, you must obtain permission, properly quote the author, and clearly attribute the source.

3. Member content protection.
Content shared by members is equally protected. Any posts, comments, or contributions made by members should not be duplicated, replicated, or used outside of the group without the member’s explicit permission.
Respect each other’s intellectual property. Sharing member content on other platforms or within other groups without consent is prohibited.

4. Quoting and attribution.
When quoting or referencing content from the group leader, members, or any copyrighted sources, always provide clear attribution. This includes respecting trademarks and intellectual property rights.

5. No excessive self-promotion or recruitment.
Avoid consistently promoting your own business or activities. It’s fine to seek feedback and share your successes occasionally, but refrain from using the group as a platform for constant promotion. Do not recruit members for your own ventures or create new groups. Our aim is to support each other in a respectful and constructive manner without turning the group into a salesy recruitment hub. Under no circumstances, no recruiting into groups and spaces which is a conflict of interest.

Conflict of interest: If you have your own membership group, make sure that it does not conflict with the Eagle Academy’s mission or content. Do not engage in activities that could divide our community or create a conflict of interest. 

6. Remain on topic.
Ensure your posts and comments are relevant to the group’s focus and themes. Off-topic posts may be removed at the discretion of the moderators.

7. Privacy and confidentiality.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow group members. Do not share personal or confidential information about others without their explicit consent.

8. Administrator and enforcement.
Follow the instructions of group administrators. Their decisions are final in matters of group management and rule enforcement. We are committed to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for all members.

9. Be supportive of other people’s projects and contributions.

This is a community built on unity, not division. We encourage members to uplift and encourage one another. No drama or divisive behavior will be tolerated. Our focus is on creating a positive and collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

10. Confidentiality is key.

When members share their personal testimonies or stories, please respect their privacy and confidentiality. Do not repurpose or use these stories in any way that could harm or hurt others. This community is a safe space for sharing and growing together. It is essential to maintain trust and respect. By being a member of the Eagles Academy, you agree to adhere to these rules and contribute positively to our community. We are thrilled to have you as valuable member of our community and we look forward to meaningful interactions and discussions!
